It seems VMware is not ready to deploy vCenter via mac. When you use your mac to run the UI installer you get all these security issues and eventually it is impossible to install via a mac.
Good thing. Apple is very picky on a security level. You can exclude the ISO from this security check
To do so, we just need to recursively remove the metadata attribute “com.apple.quarantine” for the extracted VCSA ISO by running the following command:
sudo xattr -r -d com.apple.quarantine VMware-VCSA-all-6.7.0-Update-15132721
